Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Liefmax platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use Liefmax. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Services Description

Liefmax provides a peer-to-peer marketplace connecting shoppers with community deliverers. We do not employ deliverers; they are independent individuals using our platform to coordinate deliveries.

5. Payments and Fees

Shoppers agree to pay store prices plus any applicable delivery fees set by deliverers. Liefmax does not charge platform fees to shoppers. Deliverers keep 100% of their earnings. Premium features may incur service fees.

6. Code of Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users
  • Provide false information or impersonate others
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Tamper with or interfere with platform operations
  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems

7. Limitation of Liability

Liefmax acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for the quality of groceries, delivery timing, or conduct of individual users. Disputes between shoppers and deliverers should be resolved directly between the parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the community. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tübingen, Germany.
